WINTER CONDITIONS IN MARCH: Looking Ahead with the NWS

So with a brutal February… will we see a calmer March? Not so fast! In fact, as you see the map above we will have cold temperatures, colder than normal. But normal precipitation. Which at first is like, “ok I am cool with that!”. Until you realize that March is usually the snowiest month in MN! So winter is not ending anytime soon!
