A new study by the College of Cardiology suggests that low-carb diets like keto could raise your risk for atrial fibrillation.  Afib is a condition that causes irregular heartbeat and fatigue.

Over the long term, the condition can also cause blood clots, stroke, heart failure, and more.  The study, which had been going on for 22 years, found that a person that followed a low-carb diet were the ones who are diagnosed with Afib.
