Local Mankato Business Closing it’s Doors!

A local favorite is closing it’s doors! This is sad as this place was absolutely amazing. We are sad to see them close. Here is their message…

“To all our loyal customer and followers,

We are officially announcing that we closed our Mankato location this week. We want to sincerely thank you for all your support over the last two years. It has been beyond great working with all of you!

We will continue to operate our business and serve you from scratch cake, coffee, and baked goods from our Faribault location. We invite you to visit us there and continue to show your support! We will happily continue to honor any of gift cards and punch cards through that location.

We also invite you to continue to follow our cake journey through our original Faribault store with our insta handle @Bluebirdcakery_mn or on Facebook Bluebird Cakery.

To our wedding clients – have no fear! We will also be continuing to partner with local Manakto wedding venues and couples to meet your custom wedding cake and dessert needs.

Again, thanks for everything and we appreciate your understanding as we make the difficult but right decision for our small business.
