Kim and Kanye Expecting Baby #4

People magazine has confirmed that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are expecting their fourth child via surrogate. An insider told People back in August that “They have absolutely talked about trying for another baby with the help of a surrogate, but nothing seems decided for sure.”

Their youngest child, 7-month-old Chicago was also born with the help of a surrogate. The other children are 5-year-old North and 3-year-old Saint.
