Hack of the WeekCold pizza ain’t bad, but you know what’s better? Reheating leftover pizza using one of these delicious hacks (check the link for more):
- Reheat a slice of cold pizza face-down in a pan. You can use either a cast-iron pan (with a little oil in it) or a nonstick pan. Set to medium-high heat, cook for five minutes, then flip over and do the other side.
- Or cook it face-up with a little water in the bottom of the pan. First set to medium-low heat. Then cook your pizza for about a minute or two before adding two teaspoons of water to the bottom of the pan. Cover and cook for another few minutes until the cheese has melted.
- Reheat leftover pizza in a waffle iron. Grab a slice of pizza and add extra toppings to the upper left hand corner. Take the bottom corner of the pie, and fold it up toward the toppings. Chop off the crust.
- Add a glass of water when you microwave pizza to avoid a soggy crust.
