Filling complete on Spring Lake Park pool

(North Mankato, MN) – The most important element of the new Spring Lake Park swimming pool is complete.

Yesterday, city officials announced that the water filling process of the pool was finished. The facility will need only a few final touches before it opens to the public. A Grand Opening Day will be announced soon.

The newly renovated pool will include a slide, zip line, rock wall, and other amenities.

The city is also giving away a family swim pass in a Facebook contest to the person that can correctly guess the amount of water that was used to fill the pool. The contest closes at the end of day Friday.
