Demi Lovato’s 2020 musical comeback, which started at last week’s Grammys, continued Sunday as she “crushed” her national anthem performance at Sunday’s Super Bowl in Miami, E! News reports. Fans praised the performance on Twitter, with one calling it the “best version of the National anthem I’ve heard at the super bowl since Whitney Houston.” According to Entertainment Tonight, the 27-year-old was so excited about the gig that she claims, “I don’t remember anything! I blacked out.”

The star also shared a 10 year-old tweet earlier on Sunday, in which she wrote in February 2010, “One day, I’m gonna sing the national anthem at a super bowl. Onnnee dayyy…”
