(Mankato, MN) – A local artist has been reunited with her stolen van, her artwork still inside.

Malia Wiley of Paintings by Malia announced via Facebook Sunday that her van had been found in St. James.  “The van is in the same condition I left it, with everything in the back,” Wiley’s post read.

The rural Lake Crystal artist’s paintings and prints had been stored in the back of the van last month when it was stolen from her driveway as she slept.

Wiley says that anyone who donated to the Go Fund Me campaign started on her behalf with be refunded their money.  Anyone who made cash donations is welcome to stop by her booth at Rock Bend Folk Festival in St. Peter this coming weekend for a refund.
